Returns the minimum number of child policies a composite policy must reference.

Description

Returns the minimum number of child policies a composite policy must reference, inclusive. The value is 2. Never reverts.

A composite created with fewer than MIN_COMPOSITE_CHILD_POLICIES children reverts ChildPoliciesOutsideOfRange. The upper bound is enforced by MAX_COMPOSITE_CHILD_POLICIES (4).

Child IDs passed to createCompositePolicy may carry the invert flag (bit 63). The registry validates the base policy’s existence and type. An inverted simple child is valid; an inverted composite child reverts InvalidChildPolicy.
